REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All personalized/custom (non pre-made) products are non-refundable.  I do not except refunds but if you happen to have an issue with a product that you receive please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to remedy the issue.  If an item is altered or damaged in anyway by the customer, returns/refunds will not be accepted.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  With leather being a natural source product, every hide I use can absorb dye differently. Although I do my very best to achieve the same colors as the example photos, there is always the possibility of a variance in color. This is the beauty of leather goods!

SHIPPING: I ship USPS. I am rural so I will typically ship within 3 business days if the item is pre-made, custom orders will vary.
